Mr. Daniels is heading to Australia on Christmas Break! He is very excited, but he will surely miss his little Koalas here at K-Beach. Mr. D plans to Skype the class once he settles in down under.

Mr. Brown is also very excited to find out how people live in Alaskan communities and to explore the beautiful Alaskan wilderness. He has over 31 years of teaching experience and a wealth of experience teaching in exchange situations in the past. He will be a welcome addition to our wonderful K-Beach Community! Welcome aboard Mr. Brown!

We had a great time at the Nikiski Pool recently. The kids earned the trip by recieving a score of “10” in their specials classes over 30 times this semester. While we were there, we measured the PERIMETER of the pool. The Pool also gave us a map so we can figure out the AREA and VO

We had a great group of 4th graders represent KBeach at the Mind A Mazes competition at SMS this year. They were known as the Mysterious Sharpshooters. They were interviewed by the Peninsula Clarion and they placed pretty well overall…especially in the spontaneous challenge.
